In Israel, families with critically ill loved ones often have no place to stay beyond hospital rooms and waiting areas. In 2022, this need led to the creation of the Houses for Healing project through a partnership in Jerusalem and Texas. A dedicated apartment near Hadassah Ein Kerem provides a place of rest for patients and their families. During their stay, practical needs such as transportation and meals are also provided so families can focus on caring for their loved ones.
